Duncan Leahy is a founder Director of Arkadia-HR.  He has over 20 years practical experience in the HR area.  Duncan began his career with the Halifax (HBOS), where he designed a fast track recruitment process and competency frameworks.  As International Career Development Manager at Pilkington plc, Duncan designed and implemented a ‘high talent’ assessment process involving 200 managers across four continents, and also ran the group’s international development centre. 

Duncan 's main passion and focus is leadership and motivation.  He especially works with organisations to help identify and develop their high talent employees. Most recently he has worked with Alliance & Leicester, Alfred McAlpine, ABF and many NHS organisations in this area.
