Ken Fowler is a founder Director of Arkadia-HR. He is a highly experienced HR professional with International and Board level general management experience with such organisations as Cadbury Schweppes, General Foods Corporation, British Sugar Group and The 600 Group.
Ken works with organisations on the restructuring of senior management teams and on organisation and individual development so as to improve business effectiveness.
Ken is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and was an external examiner for the Masters programme in HR Management at the University of Middlesex.
