Letting Leaders Lead Arkadia-HR works with companies to identify highly effective, confident leaders and to develop their skills, benefiting the bottom line by ensuring that their capability is in line with the challenge of the job. 

Experience of working with leaders across a wide spectrum of industry sectors has led Arkadia-HR to work with four major leadership styles – instructing, coaching, facilitating and exploring.  Individuals should develop facets of each style and be able to effectively apply the appropriate style as and when required.

Arkadia-HR also works with individuals to assess if they are likely to thrive in a senior management position.  The company will then develop appropriate assessment, development and training courses, which identify and develop leaders and their styles in line with their personal drivers and, for the benefit of the business as a whole.
